My former chef had a 300 Hiro Gyuto I got for him, it was his favorite knife until a month ago when it was stolen. I would love to help him out and track down another. If anyone has one they will part with PM with details.

stolen... i just hate reading this. hope the thief's fingers will be punished by the fine blade.
 
Are you having trouble finding a new one? Or is you looking for 300mm at discount to the sticker price? It's easy to find one new. Agree with the above post. The knife thief should be punished. Karma baby.
