When I get a good deal, I try to pass it on. I am the 2nd owner. I have only stropped it. It is a fantastic cutter and has a flawlessly smooth handle with Tasmanian Blackwood and Holly. I got something that I need to pay for, zero qualms with this beauty in any way, shape, or form. The first sales post has an action vid on it better than anything I would have done.

Asking $490 > $475 G&S or $475> $450> $425>$400>Sold for this. It was $700+ new but this is the price I basically got it for. Great value for a knife that's worth its MSRP. I'll put $15 towards int'l shipping.

It is a PERFORMER for sure. I'm in the same boat though, I don't like having knives I won't reach for. This one became redundant but it took a lot of searching and saving to make it thus. First world problems we have here and a dose of wallet problems to boot.

I am not sure where I got that, but that is what I always thought it was. I will change to tasmanian blackwood and Holly. I know it said it on the listing but, for some reason that I can't pinpoint, I believed otherwise.

No, I understood where it was and knew it was in that post. I thought he was confusing it with his other Chopp. I would have sworn I was told it was Ringed Gidgee but I can't find corroborating evidence anywhere so I will go with what was in the post.
