Hi,
recently purchased and absolutely perfect knife except the size is not for me.
(the longer the knife the slender it has to be)

So letting this go.
It is pretty much new with the exception of a little patina on the core steel and I treated the handle with tung oil to seal it.

Paid 440€ plus VAT&customs.
Letting this go for 460€ plus shipping.
EU only for now.

I would consider trades with a Watoyama 210mm iron clad gyuto or Wakuis in aogami (210-270).

Considering trades for other 240mm (edge length) gyutos at about 48-51mm heel height, like Ashi (yo-handled) for example.

OK. Last bump for now but wanted to add Birgersson and Shihan for trade options (EU) even if I know, chances are slim.

Maybe a not so tall eddworks or Tetsujin for trade?

Any Wakuis, Tetsujins, Mizunos in 210-240 out there (aogami and ginsan) for trade out there?
