I somehow managed to out click everyone else and snagged this from bernal cutlery recently. It is brand new, never cut a piece of paper. As elated as I am to own a Jiro, I'm not a nakiri user and would like to trade for a Jiro gyuto (new or used). I know there are some die hard nakiri members, so I'm hoping this might work out. I paid $592 for this one and would be willing to add cash to the trade. Please message me if you're at all interested.

Jiro 180mm Yo Nakiri Shirogami 1 Taipei Tagayasan Handle #436
Hand forged in Nagano by blacksmith Jiro Nakagawa in shirogami 1 with a soft iron cladding. Jiro knives are hand warikomi forged, ground and finished according to old techniques. There are little industrial processes employed, therefore not many knives are produced but the quality is top notch...
