I'm not looking for anything specific but I'm interested in large Bunkas / VeggieCleavers and user-friendly / workhorse gyutos in the 20-23cm range with nice taper and forward balance from western makers only
Ideally with slightly round profiles without a flatspot
I prefer monocarbon, but I would certainly be enthusiastic about the right Carbon Sanmais as well (Tritz, Raquin, Catcheside, Isasmedjan, Spare, Milan, Yannick, Kamon, MH,...)
please just show me including the specs
