I am selling my Xerxes 280mm. It is an excellent cutter and the geometry is userfriendly. The profile runs very well on the cutting board and it's a real onion killer. The balance is great. And the f&f is perfect.
It's really hard for me to let go of the knife.
But 280mm is just too long for me and I just don't use it. It's too bad for that.
The knife was only used 2-3 times. It got a microfase from me beforehand.
I am first owner.
And since some new knives are coming in the near future, I'll let it go!
