Hello! I'm looking for a specific knife: a Yoshikazu Ikeda 270 mm kiritsuke in shirogami #2 (ni-mai). I managed to find other lenghts, like 240 mm, but I would like to stay strictly to 270 mm lenght. Any help will be highly appreciated!
