Hi everyone! I am looking for a larger Yanick gyuto in the 260mm - 290mm range. If you want to downsize to something more nimble or try his nakiri or honesuki, please reach out. I am will to trade any of these or pay cash for the right gyuto. The acacia handle on the honesuki has shrunk (from the dry indoor air) so the ebony spacer is now proud. Not sure if the wood will swell again once the spring/summer humidity comes or if it will just need to be rehandled at some point. Otherwise, all four are in excellent condition and have never been sharpened. Links to details on each knife are below. Edit: The nakiri/cleaver is spoken for. Other three are still available.
