We are changing the pots at home and want something durable and long lasting.
The Yokihira Nabe pots looks cool, but would like to hear from you guys. Any experience and pitfalls?

But there must be makers who a worth throwing you money at

Thanks 👍 I’ll do a little more hunting. But it seems that should not be your primary tools in the kitchen 😂 We’re talking home use, though

I like them, especially of reheating...
The stainless ones heat more evenly than the aluminum and work on induction.
I never tried the copper pots but those look nice.
I haven't had a problem with the handles. Mine have screw you can tighten, which works.
If you don't like the handles you can try the Yattoko variety.
These use a set of pliers instead of handles.
You see these a lot in older Japanese restaurants.
I'll probably get these for my vacation house in Kamakura.
