I would prefer to try the Workhorse over Standard. But I’ll hear out offers for both.

I do have a Sentan 225 Blue 1 Gyuto by Yoshikazu Tanaka to offer in a trade if you are interested as well.

Only 240 Gyutos please, no 210s, but will hear out other shapes
