Modern cooking has a couple 240 K-tips available with really nice mono-olive handles. I almost bought one a while ago but didn’t as they are probably ~$30 or so overpriced. You can decide if it’s worth it for you.

Miura has them under the Hatsukokoro badge and they're extra tall, 57mm at the heel. I love it. A dude one here had one for sale with similar specs about a week or two ago.

I found that posting and messaged the guy to see if he still had it. The post was marked as 'Sold' but the knife itself was never marked as 'sold' so I asked to see if he still had it. This listing came up right after I got mine for much more and this one has an Amboyna burl handle too: https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/threads/old-man-has-to-move-sale.73636/#post-1143628

Edit: It's sold
