Something different for Yoshi. I compost kitchen scraps, grass clippings, add steer manure to cook it in my spin bin. Add to volcanic soil for our garden & plants.

Peel & freeze bananas for smoothe & cereal. All kitchen stuff cut up in small pieces decomposes much faster. Slice peels with tip then the flat profile even on a 210mm makes quick work forward push cuts.

That's why liked my 240mm Yoshikane SKD at work, good for so many jobs like dicing up a case of tomatoes, sweet onion, green onion & salted salmon. For lomi salmon.

My first ever nikiri blue 2 iron KU, very thin grind also excellent for many home jobs. Never used one at work just cleavers. I can see why folks love quality nikiri I'll never look down on them again.
