Hi, I have a unique 165mm Yoshikazu Ikeda Honyaki knife for sale.
Shirogami 2 steel, an ebony wood and buffalo horn handle, It is brand new, has never been used or sharpened and comes with the box.
This knife is smaller than your typical santoku. We can actually consider this as a tall petty
