Bought new about 2 years ago. Used for maybe a week. Sharpened and polished. See current condition in the posted video. It’s not perfect mirror polish but I would say visually pleasing.

Spine is 3.1 mm thick at handle, 2.6 mm above the heel, 2.1 in the middle and 1.5 at 1 cm from the tip

FWIW the grind on mine was really lovely, and the cutting feel and food release improved with a bit of patina.
