I am a university student new to this community of cooking and knives, so I guess maybe I am rather young in this community. I was just searching online for a better knive than the one I had at home, and turn out that I have a Kei Kobayashi 210mm Gyuto and Tojiro 170mm Santoku with me now, really hope to learn more about cooking so I can feed myself ( and my girlfriend if I would ever be able to get one) in the future.
