Which current Japanese blacksmiths or sharpeners are under 50 years old?

If I remember correctly a lot of Echizen guys are pretty young, Kurosaki brothers are around 40, Shibata Takayuki is at similar age. Some of the Yoshikane guys like Nihei seems pretty young too.

I think Nakagawa, M Hinoura, and Maruyama are pretty young

Add Makoto Tadokoro to the list. I think he is in his 30s?

Morihiro's grandson - who goes by "Ren" on the Hitohira knives - is apparently in his teens.

Masashi Yamamoto and Satoshi Nakagawa come to mind.
Also Kyuzo (akaTakeshi Yauchi) Hitohira's sharpener is in his late 30s or early 40s.
