Beer.
I'm currently sitting across the street from Deschutes Brewery waiting for a haircut. So much really nice beer in this town (Bend, Oregon).
I would pick Crux Fermentation Project as my favorite. They do some nice stuff there.
We have been doing a lot of tri tip here lately. It was a crowd pleaser at a pot luck dinner recently - SV for six hours at 129 degrees, seared it and put it in the fridge. Sliced it the next day and served it cold with chimichurri. POW.
I bought my BGE off of Craigslist a few years ago. It included a similar table and had little ceramic feet under the egg.
It did eventually catch fire around the table top while I was cooking pizza. It also had burned (at some point previously) under the egg.
We probably spend more on travel than anything else. Outside of that we live fairly modestly.
I've recently started building a cedar strip canoe. Not terribly expensive (but it could be, toolwise) but very time consuming.
Welcome to the forum.
I'm down to six (just sold one) and have two more coming from Jon.
Knife math in action: sell one and replace it with two. You're welcome!
