Iyo - that's the name of the stone, or Iyoto, from Shikoku somewhere (Ehime is the old name, I think). Stone with a big history, and supposedly the oldest 'known' stone mined well before all the Kyoto ones. There are different types I'm not really familiar with - 330mate seems to sell all...
