Good Evening Everybody,

Here I have a nice little bunka, my very first in fact. I ground this one with food release in mind, so it has a fairly generous right hand bias to the convexity, and a taper of about only 1mm over its length.
  • Blade: 167mmx50mm 52100 (65hrc) 600 grit hand finish
  • Neck: 19mmx20mm
  • Handle: 121mm, tapering from 24.6mmx19.1 to 21.0mmx16.2mm, scorched oak, oiled and waxed
  • POB: 45mm from handle
  • Spine: 2.38mm at the neck, 2.15mm at 9.5cm, 1.38mm 1cm from the tip
  • Grind: flat to convex, right hand bias
  • Weight: 135 grams
  • Relieved choil and spine
  • Edge: .1mm tapering to zero 25mm past the heel
Asking $170 U.S shipped and insured
