• Blade: 175mmx43mm Apex Ultra/low carbon san-mai ~67 HRC, 1200 grit finish (un-etched)
• Neck: 13mmx14mm
• Handle: 129mm, tapering from 23.6mmx21.9mm to 21.0mmx16.8mm, maple, oil finished
• POB: 22mm from handle
• Spine: 3.78mm at the neck, 3.26mm above the heel, 2.45mm at halfway, .58mm 1cm from the tip
• Grind: flat to convex RH bias
• Weight: 122 grams
• Relieved choil and spine
• Edge: 0-.1mm

The Santoku just arrived.
Packaging was great, very secure.

Hot damn, this is a seriously wicked feel in hand, balance is perfect and the edge is crisp.
