210mm x 48mm k-tip gyuto. The steel is SF100 at 61 HRC. Convex bevels at 500 grit. Rounded & polished spine/ choil.

Spine - 2.8mm - 2.15mm - 0.65mm
Edge (midway) - 0.92mm at 10mm, 0.48mm at 5mm, 0.15mm at 1mm
Balance point - 28mm from the handle
Handle - rippled sycamore, bog oak end caps, 130mm
