Hello friends I would like to sell my gyuto made by Tobias Heldqvist. I bought the knife from a member here in December. I have spent a ton of time preparing and flattening the bevels of this knife with both synthetic and natural stones. The bevels on the knife are now flat and will be easily maintained and take a very nice polish with ease. There is some surface scratches associated with this.
No complaints on the knife at all it drops through food like nobody’s business. I just don’t use it. Really cool knife just wish it was bigger. Happy to answer any further questions you might have.
