Hi everyone, here's another gyuto in Sheffield made Silver Fox 100 (similar to Aeb-l) at 61HRC. The blade is hand-sanded to 600 grit, featuring full distal taper, convex bevels, and rounded spine/choil
The handle is made from blackwood with birch spacer.

Blade height 52mm
Overall length 372mm
Spine thickness 2.8mm at the handle to 0.8mm at 10mm from the tip.
Edge 0.94mm / 10mm 0.5mm / 5mm 0.1mm / 1mm at midpoint

I recently acquired another one from Michael, but since I seem to be nearly all carbon or clad knives, the stainless version made me pull the trigger.
