SOLD 235mm stainless k-tip gyuto

Hi everyone, this k-tip gyuto is also available. The steel is Sheffield made Silver Fox 100 at 61HRC (almost identical to Aeb-l). I made the handle from a lovely piece of Turkish walnut and black juma with G10 spacers. Convex bevels sanded to 600 grit. Rounded and polished choil and spine.
