Good day all,
Up for grabs is a 240 Kiritsuki tip Yanagi in Blue #2 I picked up from A-frames some years ago to use on my cramped meat and fish stations. Its been well taken care of, very straight, blade road is very straight, ive never taken it below a 5K stone, always just touch up. It was only ever used to slice proteins in a pro environment. I made a teardrop shaped curly maple saya for it, there is a pin to give it a nice snug fit, and the handle recesses about 1/2 an inch into the saya. Im asking $175 Paypal, its all clean and ready to ship, i finished it with a finger stone treatment and a light touch up.
