I really wanted to keep this one but my prior BST isn't moving and need some funds for an upcoming purchase.

Here is a 240 Yoshikazu Tanaka Gyuto B1 steel kurouchi finish. Looks to be a Kyuzo grind, knife was made under the Sakai kikumori brand .Only used 2-3 times, I can remove the little patina it has picked up if need be.

It has a custom handle made by steeleworksknives with two tone Arizona Ironwood, African Blackwood and a copper spacer.

Spine and choil have been rounded, fantastic wide bevel very thin behind the edge. Balance point is right at typical pinch grip. If you need other photos let me know.

Asking $500 including shipping CONUS.

Weight 235g

Height 50.4 mm

Cutting edge length 223mm

Total length 367mm

3mm spine thickness out of handle

.5mm thickness at tip
