Hello friends I would like to sell my 240mm Toyama noborikoi gyuto with custom oval handle by Mert in ebony and walrus ivory. I swapped knives with another member to acquire this one. I am putting this one up because I just have a few too many and it’s somebody’s perfect fit. The blade currently has patina and could be easily shined up upon request. I have never pulled a burr on it and have only touched it up and stropped on jnats. I’m asking 425$ usd shipped and insured in con USA international buyer would pay shipping minus 15$

If someone wants a heavier iron clad 240 this is your chance. I'd wager even without the custom handle the blade is noticably heavier than newer versions. GLWS!
