Hi guys,

This one is looking for a new home. My classic profile laser gyuto in Apex Ultra steel at 64HRC. Rippled sycamore handle with bog oak closing cap. Convex bevels, rounded and polished spine and choil. The blade was etched after hand sanding to 400grit.

Cutting edge - 240mm
Height - 53mm
Overall length - 395mm
Handle - 142mm
Spine - 2.45mm at the handle, midway 2.09mm, 0.58mm at 10mm from the tip.
Edge - 0.14mm at 1mm, 0.49mm at 5mm, 0.98mm at 10mm
Weight 186g
POB - at the makers mark
