And the sales keep rolling!

Catch and release. I’ve been dying to try Brook’s work ever since I caught wind of him about a year ago, so when the opportunity to grab this knife popped up, I yoinked it immediately. Nothing wrong with the knife at all, it’s immaculately gorgeous and an extremely good cutter (used twice and was surprised both times), but I’m just not vibing with it. There’s some patina from the two ingredients I cut, but just wanted to say that even the way it patinas is really cool, in between the lamination lines. Never sharpened. I would say this is more of a middleweight knife compared to a workhorse/laser.

246x54mm
237g
2.3mm at the handle
Damascus Cladding
52100 Core
