This is my last ironclad Wat. Got this from Elliot two years ago here (SOLD - Watanabe KU Gyuto 240mm.)
Its the quintessential Watanabe workhorse. Heavy and sharp - its in excellent condition. I have lightly touched up the edge a couple of times but have not sharpened it. Watanabe's prices have gone way up since last year and these are hard to come by. $500 shipped CONUS (which is what I paid).
