I’ve got an absolutely stunning knife up for grabs this morning- a 262mm Bidinger B Grind gyuto. I bought this direct from Dan from his most recent newsletter and have used it a handful of times since. It cuts every bit as wonderfully as you might imagine, but is just a bit too much length for my kitchen.

Including info from Dan’s newsletter below along with current photos. I paid $1251 to my door after shipping and fees, and am looking for the same to pass it along.
