Looking for a 300 mm sujihiki, max budget is $300. No preference between yo or wa handle, slight preference for a carbon steel. I'm buying for a coworker who's getting into higher end knives and he's tried my 270, wants something a little longer for bigger fish. Let me know what ya got!
