I'd like to trade this 300mm carbon chef au ritz sabatier tranchard (semi flexible slicer).

Its been rehandled and the handle is much nicer now. Balance is basically a pinch grip despite the length.

I'd like a nice parer or maybe a petty, I'm based in UK. Can offer references from previous sales.

I'm not sure about trade price, as its fairly custom and an unusual knife. Pm me offers and we can chat. Uk/EU probably easier but I'd consider US.
