Our restaurant purchased these Roland Lannier steak knives and unfortunately they did not hold up to being hammered every night in a professional dish machine.
I do not want to speak poorly on the maker, as he did right by us and rectified the issue.

All of these knives have cracked handles and need sharpening, maybe slight tip repair on some. Would be a good project for rehandling and using for gifts etc. I have a set im going to attempt to do myself. Please see photo of what the tang looks like.
I dont currently want to split this up, but might if theres interest in sets of 8. asking $120 for the set plus shipping and pp fees. Willing to trade for a chefs knife.
