Hello guys,
I have to admit - I drank more than enough wine tonight. But there is a reason - I watched a movie called Haute Cuisine .
The french in this forum may understand me immediately - the conclusion from this movie is inevitable - the professionalism falls, sacrificed in the name of the right, the dietary.
I am a home cook, one of the millions out there. But I dont beleive in the diets. God, please help me...No diets.

I recommend this movie to any cook - home one or professional. And thank you, France - this country is a treasure of recipies and we have to cherish this treasure.

Speaking of food related movies, anyone see The Menu? It's so good. If you don't know anything about it, don't research, just watch it. Its one of those movies that's best to go into blind.

I gave it a shot. I was so bored with the beginning I turned it off.
