This one is an Akifusa Blue Super Steel Kurouchi Kiritsuke Gyuto 210mm Rosewood Handle. Aogami Blue Super core with a karouchi soft iron cladding. Rosewood & Pakka Ferrule Right Handed D-Shape Handle. New in box, never used.

I do not have this knife but I have an Akifusa 180 in Aogami Super and is very well done.

These are stainless clad are they not? Some do like stainless.

That could very well be. I thought it was soft iron … need to check my records. That’s what comes from having way too many knives.
