I ran across this on a YouTube video. It's the Mousetrap steel by RazorsEdge. Seems like it might be a cool little gadget but doesn't say much about specific angles. It just says "predetermined" angle. The video had a glowing review but I don't see much info elsewhere and a search here didn't shown results.
