Anyone here who can some help with Vietnamese language?

I'm trying to communicate with a shop in Vietnam asking them if they are willing to ship two Wok burners internationally (to the EU), but I expect their English is similar to my Vietnamese and I'm not getting any response. So I'm hoping there is anyone here who might be able to help before I try Google translate (which I somehow suspect is not great at Vietnamese).
