Selling a lightly used Ashi Ginga 240mm Western White 2 gyuto. 247mm heel to tip, 49mm tall at heel, 212g. It was withdrawn, I made a few dinners, took the lower bevel to a JKI blue speckle 6k to smooth out but not remove some vertical grind marks and have updated the pics. Trying to follow the one-in one-out rule, as much as I like this.
Choil shows a more righty grind than neutral. Cuts very well. Originally from Clean Cut, it comes in original box with wooden saya and pin (not pictured, but as new). You can faintly see the seam of the bolster but nothing serious and is as expected with these. These Gingas represent a remarkable value. A rational cook could easily be happy with this as a sole all-around user, a rationality I aspire to. No trades. Price shipped in the US via USPS Priority. Priced to move. Great knife.
$145 and sold
