A nice 3mm thick carbon steel pan made by De Buyer, with stainless strip handle so it is oven safe, the size is bit usual for them. Biggest downside for me is the lack of helping handle at this size, which is kind too unwieldy for my liking. Baking Steel seems to discontinued this size and only sell 10 inch now. Very ugly seasoning because I really don’t use it much. $70
