Hello everyone!
What I have for you all is my 240mm Bazes Gyuto. Here are some stats:
Steel: Blue 2 with suminigashi cladding
Length: 240
Height at heel: 52mm
Weight: 190g
Handle material: Curly walnut
Geometry: Thin convex
This knife is in great condition. I’ve sharpened it on a Naniwa Pro 1000. It does have some light scratches on the blade road from sharpening. I got this from a fellow KKF member and I paid $925 for this knife.
Interests:
I’m fishing for only western full tang knives or western style handles. Heel height 54mm or greater and 240-250mm. You are welcome in sending me makers that aren’t on the list but the full tang/western and dimensions listed are significant.
