Beautiful knife with a really comfortable and nicely done handle. Maybe I'm just being weird, but I like some heft at the heel with this size and prefer my lasers shorter. If you want a tall laser with great fit and finish, this is your knife and it should be put to use not sit in a box.

Full disclosure, I bought this from Home Butcher with either a 20 or 25% off code from $300.00 retail (sorry couldn't find the email) and it is unused. The handle is nice looking, but the shaping on the underside is wonky with one side taller than the other. It's also a good bit heavier than I'd like for a nakiri where I want a laser if I reach for a rectangle.

Okay, I snagged two of these as soon as the Migaki came out, gyuto and k-tip. Once I got them I also got a Kurouchi Gyuto. They have some wabi sabi, but I'm a huge fan of these and am keeping the Migaki Gyuto and 2 Yorokobi (basically the same knife in SLD). I can't imagine finding this nail flexing edge in blue #1 for close to this price. I sadly didn't snag these for the white hot deal they were at for a second, but they're both unused and slightly cheaper than they can be had for now. I'll sell one of these and keep the other.

Perhaps a little cutie like a 190mm x 50mm sawyuto knife from Robin Dalman with bog oak handle or a 184mm x 44mm mosaic damascus (1084/15n20) integral heirloom fit with ironwood handle from Ellard Blacksmithing would be a good little buddy for it? This diet is running on fumes, I might have to rustle up the HVB, Tansu, and some other random stuff. Also found a Spåre 2092 (52100) gyuto, Scheersbuilt 52100 bunka and a couple other custom makers knives, and a box of funayuki in the bottom drawer of the cabinet the other day.
