Comes with box

Steel sharpens pretty well like a carbon steel on the low alloy side. Sharpens easily and catches hair. Not quite as good as the best blacksmith works but way better than western stuff. Finer edge than masahiro semistainless, not quite as nice as ashi white but close. Hardness feels around regular ashi white, or between ashi white and extra hard. Not as hard as the best chisels
