Hi!
These small cool knives are up for grasp.

The prices are excluding the shipping fee, which is around 25 euros for EU countries and 45 euros for elsewhere.

JCK FRKZ (TF Nashiji) W1 Gyuto 180. Asking 175160150

Almost brand new. Sharpened once and used it a couple of times in home kitchen.

I have several knives on sale as well.
If you are interested in multiple, we can make a deal.

Shigehiro are forged by Yoshikazu Ikeda not Tanaka. GLWS!

I know the Shigehiro is iron clad but how reactive is it? I’m tempted for work use but can’t be arsed with it rusting up rapidly 🤪

The cladding is certainly not reactive, maybe due to the finishing.
I didn't use the knife extensively but as you can see from the picture, only the core steel has patina.

Add a myrtle burl handle to sweeten the deal.
Perfect for the Shigehiro.
