I love them! Supposedly loaded with vitamin C.

Sweet and delicately perfumed.

Have you had them! I buy mine because the thrones are removed. Picking them is painful;)

Either natuarl, with salame, or in marmelade form.
 
I enjoyed the taste. Subtle but good. The number of hard seeds is what I didn’t like. Overall 7/10. I can see why they’re great in smoothies, when the seeds can be strained out.
 
spending time in sardinia right now. walking a lot. i just pick them from the cactus in the wild and eat them. thrones are nuisance though – you need gloves.

just a fork and a sharp knife will do, or a stick and a shar knife.

Stick whatever you use in the fruit and peel it or first cut/scrape off the thornes and peel later.
 
I'm okay with the seeds. I just gush it all in my mouth and eat it. I assume it is fiber..which helps. it does "help". :D
