I'm not sure what to call this but have landed on a Catcheside Mini-Integral Monolith Petty. It's a great little blade I've used for a while and am going to pass on to the next owner. Classic work from Will, forging this from a single piece of steel end-to-end. Thin behind the edge, convex stone finish. Specs:

C105 core, soft iron clad

One piece mono integral forged

103 grams

106mm blade length

38mm heel height

221mm OAL

I have successfully scratched my Catcheside itch with a lovely damascus Gyuto fortunately!
