Was $195 now $175 shipped CONUS
Only owner, paid $300 new, Daniel Caubel called it “Spicy White” steel.
*205mm blade length
*51mm width at heel--Phip took point off the heel and rounded back edge neatly
*1.85mm thick above the heel
*1.20mm right as the spine starts to head toward the edge.
*26C3 (1.3% C steel that's cleaner than Hitachi White in terms of P and S) @ 64rc
*Convexed leading to the edge
*Octoganal Wa handle made up of Ironwood, Stabilized maple and Titanium spacer; spacer has lost most of its blue cast through home kitchen use.
