Recently got my hands on this knife but grind was real bad so I custom-ed it.
Steel is T12A tool steel with 304 Stainless clad.
Current profile is a somewhat dropped tip Gyuto profile.
Current grind is lasery convex.
PoB is a little below makers mark.
Length: 246mm
Height: 55mm
