Got 2 gyutos from Tony's last drop. I wanted to keep at least one after some use, but we plan and then life happens. Both unused at all still in oil as they came. Handled them just to see how they feel. Feel much better than expected and not sure which I like better.

A few pictures, even though the light is bad right now. The profile is actually much flatter than it looks when just looking at the knives. At least much flatter than I expected.

If I hadn't just picked up @ashy2classy 's bigger cousin to these two, I'd definitely have bought the thicker one by now. Taper, profile, and grind are all on point in my example and I remain surprised that Tony continues to offer stuff at a pretty reasonable price point given how established he is.
