Very Nice thin Dalman gyuto/sujuhiki 240mm carbon blade. Very light used, Maybe once. Never sharpened, stil very skarp edge from when I got it new. 150g waight. 42mm hight at heel. This is a Nice and light slicer. Birchwood handle with a reindeer antler as ferrule.
